Is an awning room worth it? We have an annex room that attaches to our teardrop awning and adds an extra 52 sqft of standing "living space". We've used this room when the weather is rainy, there are a lot of bugs, and as a spare bedroom! Pros: •It's pretty easy to set up, taking about 5 minutes •There is a heavy duty floor that zips on so the room is completely contained.
