Here is the current radar loop: A larger area of rainfall is now tracking northeast through northern WV and into southwest PA. A more scattered area of heavier rainfall continues out in OH associated with the surface low. In central OH, some locations have picked up 1 to 2 inches of rainfall so far this morning. Precipitation continues to move to the east and will largely end over the next couple of hours, but icy conditions will linger on untreated surfaces as temperatures near or below freezing will continue into the evening.
