My first Brioche made in my Cuisinart Bread Machine. 1/4 2 T Water 2 Whole eggs 1 egg yolk 3/4 tsp salt 4T sugar 1 3/4C 2T Bread Flour 1 3/4tsp yeast Add ingredients in the above order. Makes 2 pound loaf. Add 8T softened butter, 1T at a time in the last 10 minutes of the first knead cycle. This step is crucial.
