The depth jump to box jump (or broad jump, as shown in the video) is a great move for training athleticism and building jump ability. But to do it right, says @ebenezersamuel23 focus less on overall jump distance/height and focus on making it happen fast, landing off the depth and jumping as quickly as possible.
