I call this exercise Single Leg RDL Matrix! Volleyball players need to have good single leg stability. You land on one leg… You push off of one leg when shuffling… You stabilize on one foot when changing directions… I could go on but I think you get the point… These all involve your ability to stabilize on one leg. If you perform this exercise and you notice it is really hard to be stable…. Then that could be a red flag. If you can’t stabilize on one leg doing this exercise then I bet you don’t
