Police arrested a teenager accused of fatally shooting two people Saturday in downtown San Marcos. The San Marcos Police Department said in a social media post Saturday evening Jermiah Jayden Tobias, 19, was in custody in connection with a shooting early that morning that left Anthony Barrera, 24, and Alek Pacheco, 20, dead.
