TALLAHASSEE — Six former Florida State basketball players sued Seminoles coach Leonard Hamilton on Monday, alleging he failed to make good on a promise to get each of them $250,000 in name, image and likeness compensation.

The six plaintiffs allege Hamilton promised each of them $250,000 in NIL payments from the coach’s “business partners,” per the complaint.

Leonard Hamilton is facing a 7-figure lawsuit related to promised NIL payments that allegedly were never made.
