Fernando Alonso has made a surprising claim that Ferrari “should have won” the Singapore Grand Prix. Ferrari endured a miserable qualifying at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, only securing ninth and 10th on the grid.

Fernando Alonso raised a few eyebrows after last weekend’s Singapore Grand Prix, claiming that Ferrari should have won at Marina Bay.

The Spanish driver, now with Aston Martin, had anticipated Ferrari to set the pace under the bright lights of the Marina Bay Circuit. Unfortunately, Carlos Sainz crashed out in Q3, and Charles Leclerc had his final qualifying lap invalidated for exceeding track limits.
