Former Cavs star Kevin Love shared an emotional moment with former teammate Tristan Thompson a day after Love's dad, Stan, died.

Thompson and Love were teammates in Cleveland for six seasons (2014-20). During that period, they helped the franchise advance to four consecutive NBA Finals, winning a historic title together in 2016 — an unforgettable triumph over 73-win Golden State in which the Cavaliers became the only team ever to rally from a 3-1 Finals deficit.
