A 21-year-old man died Monday following an emergency search and rescue effort in waters off St. Thomas, according to a statement from St. Thomas Rescue spokesman Chris Watson.
The Board of Elections announced it will resume counting the last batch of absentee ballots on Friday. Counting will resume at 2 p.m. at Elections offices territorywide.
