The Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf is scheduled to reopen Saturday morning, much sooner than anticipated and Friday employees were busy preparing for the big day.
"Mother Nature holds the cards," Santa Cruz Assistant City Manager Michelle Templeton said at a news conference this week.
