SOFIA - Bulgarian President Rumen Radev on Tuesday blamed EU leaders for Ukraine's counter-offensive, claiming it had resulted in ‘hundreds of thousands’ of casualties.

The president of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, commissioned on Wednesday to the conservative Rosen Zhelyazkov the formation of a new government arising from the October elections, after the party of the possible future prime minister reached a pre-agreement with three other formations.

The EU should reform its governance structure and decision-making mechanisms to act swiftly and allocate resources to its strategic ambitions, said Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, as reported by the local media on Tuesday.
