Texas Tech earned a fourth Big 12 road victory with a 71-61 win over Cincinnati at Fifth-Third Arena. The Red Raiders (14-4, 5-2 in Big 12) had control of the ballgame from the jump, always finding an answer for runs from the Bearcats en route to the win.

JT Toppin scored 14 of his 20 points in the second half, freshman Christian Anderson added 18 points, including a season-high tying four 3-pointers, and Texas Tech beat Cincinnati 81-71 on Tuesday night.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - JT Toppin scored 20 points as the Texas Tech Red Raiders (14-4, 4-2 Big 12) grabbed a road win over Cincinnati (12-6, 2-4 Big 12), 81-71. Christian Anderson was second in scoring for the Red Raiders with 18. Right behind him was Chance McMillian with 17 of his own and Kevin Overton with 14.
