In photos obtained by PEOPLE, Joshua Jackson was spotted out with model Nastassja Roberts in New York City amid speculation that he and actress Lupita Nyong'o have gone their separate ways.

The “Dawson’s Creek” alum was going through a divorce from “Bad Monkey” star Jodie Turner-Smith, Nyong’o had broken up with TV commentator Selema Masekela. Turner-Smith, who shares a 4-year-old daughter with Jackson, gave her blessing to the pair.

Joshua Jackson and Lupita Nyong’o made headlines when they were photographed getting cozy for the first time at a Janelle Monáe concert. At the time, Jackson was a few months into his divorce from fellow actress Jodie Turner-Smith while Nyong’o announced her split from boyfriend Selema Masekela shortly after.
