The boys, ages 10 and 11, were among five victims shot when gunfire erupted around 7 p.m. at the corner of Chancellor Avenue and Leslie Street, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said. The 10-year-old child and a 21-year-old woman were killed and three others, the 11-year-old, a 19-year-old man and a 60-year-old man, were injured.
