TOLEDO, Ohio — Big Lots stores in two northwest Ohio cities are returning – like they never left – with a new opening date. The retailer – which mostly sells furniture, home decor and other items – previously stated high inflation and interest rates hurt the business as consumers pulled back on their home and seasonal product purchases.
