THE WOODLANDS, Texas — We are learning more about the person who died during Saturday’s IRONMAN Texas race in The Woodlands. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, Mara Flavia Souza Araujo, 38, of Brazil, died while competing in the event. Preliminary investigators believe she drowned during the swimming portion of the race.
