A 10th-grade boy became viral on social media after he cycled to Kanpur all the way from Unnao to watch Virat Kohli bat.

Virat Kohli, an iconic figure in Indian cricket, is playing in the 2nd Test against Bangladesh at Kanpur’s Green Park stadium. A ground staff member demonstrated his respect for Kohli in a special gesture before the important match.

A 15-year-old boy cycled 58 kilometers from Unnao to Kanpur just to watch Virat Kohli bat in the India-Bangladesh Test, showcasing his passion for the game.

Virat Kohli fandom certainly knows no boundaries. After getting an incredible welcome at Kanpur airport where Virat politely denied a handshake request from a staff member, the India great was on the receiving end of another mammoth gesture as one of the Kanpur groundstaff members touched the feet of Virat as he came out to warm-up.

In an attempt to get close to Virat Kohli, the groundstaff went and touched his feet. He was then shoved away by another groundstaff.

Virat Kohli turned down a handshake with a Kanpur hotel staffer ahead of IND vs BAN 2nd Test. The incident was captured in a video which has gone viral on social media.

Before the toss, a heartwarming fan moment involving Virat Kohli was caught on camera. In a viral video, a member of the ground staff touched Kohli's feet as the star batter was doing his pre-match warm-up at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur.

In Kanpur, India chose to field first after winning the toss. The visitors entered the game with their lineup unaltered, while Bangladesh made two changes: Taijul Islam and Khaled Ahmed replaced Nahid Rana and Taskin Ahmed.

Rohit Sharma has won the toss and sent Bangladesh in to bat in the second cricket test as India chases a series sweep. India won the first test in Chennai by 280 runs.
