A federal judge has dismissed a bid by President Donald Trump's administration to obtain judicial permission to cancel dozens of collective bargaining agreements between eight federal agencies and unions representing their employees.

His visit requires a major police operation that will cost Scottish taxpayers millions of pounds as protests are planned over the weekend.

The groups have organized a protest on Saturday afternoon at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami to protest what they’re calling the “Big Ugly Bill” — President Donald Trump’s sweeping federal spending measure they say slashes critical services for low-income residents while enriching the ultra-wealthy.
