The Milwaukee Brewers acquired right-handed pitcher Grant Anderson from the Texas Rangers for minor league left-hander Mason Molina on Thursday.

The Texas Rangers traded the right-handed relief pitcher to the Milwaukee Brewers in exchange for left-handed pitcher Mason Molina, the club announced Thursday night. Anderson was designated for assignment on Monday to make room on the 40-man roster for the recently-signed Joc Pederson.
