Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting Tuesday when a state parole officer allegedly shot and killed a parolee at a Fresno home. Police said the shooting took place at 12:30 p.m. when the department’s electronic ShotSpotter picked up three rounds in the 1200 block Cortland Avenue.
