SAN FRANCISCO – Facing the league’s most physical and handsy defense without his fearless co-star, the Warriors asked 37-year-old Steph Curry to put the offense on his shoulders in the third game of Golden State’s Western Conference playoff series with the Houston Rockets.

Jimmy Butler has repeatedly referred to Stephen Curry as Batman to his Robin. So, after Butler went out with a pelvic bruise in Game 2 of Golden State’s first-round Western Conference playoff series with the Houston Rockets Curry was asked who would fill in as Robin if his teammate couldn't play.

Three games into the NBA postseason, and the Warriors already have some schtick going. That was evident after Game 3, a game that saw star forward Jimmy Butler sit out with a pelvic contusion. More responsibility was heaped onto Curry, and he certainly responded.
