This was a great weekend to visit. The weather and the people were just energetic and happy. The park and its fountains and of course the Bean were great. Nice place for pictures. Full review by AnnemarieE40

Very safe area. There are a couple of excellent hotels on Monroe that are a 2 block walk to Millennium Park. I love the Hampton Inn next to the theater at the intersection with Dearborn. There are 9 rooms on each floor and it is very quiet. The blue line from O'Hare airport stops 1/2 block from the hotel. Plus the hotel offers a full breakfast every day. The Kimpton Gray is also a great place to stay on Monroe at the intersection with LaSalle.
